Graduating with a major in teaching and a minor in psychology from Concordia University, it is Julie’s passion for people and her desire to become a teacher that pushed her to study in these fields. However, since childhood, Julie has been immersed in the real estate world and this has greatly influenced her choice of career. Indeed, her father held a senior management position for many years in a renowned real estate agency. Several members of her family have also always been in the world of real estate brokerage, a profession practiced from generation to generation. It was after her bachelor’s degree that Julie turned to real estate and obtained her residential and commercial real estate broker’s license.

Having grown up and lived in the West Island, it was in 2016 that Julie decided to move to Montreal, a city she particularly likes and where the market is flourishing. She holds a position in the service of members at the Greater Montreal Real Estate Board where her tasks are numerous. One of them is the verification of brokerage contracts. Julie then developed a perfect knowledge of the laws on real estate brokerage and made sure to show great meticulousness when processing these official documents. After this rewarding experience, Julie embarked on real estate brokerage under different banners and also held the position of assistant with a real estate team in Greater Montreal.

Today, as coordinator for real estate brokers, Julie can use the knowledge acquired from her initial field of study combining teaching and psychology. Indeed, she can guide real estate brokers through various training courses and accompany them through each step of their real estate transaction. Her main objective: that customers live their real estate experience without worries and in complete satisfaction. Her previous studies in psychology allow her to better understand humans, their various ways of learning and adapting accordingly. Ensuring that brokers become “Top brokers” is her priority!
